Terms of Service

The Service lets you run Meta advertising campaigns and send and receive WhatsApp and Instagram messages using Meta accounts that you own or are authorised to manage. We are not Meta, and we do not control their platforms, pricing or approval decisions.

You are responsible for the accounts you create and for what your team does with them. Each person must have their own login; sign-ins are limited to one active session per account, and sharing credentials is not permitted.

Your plan includes a fixed number of seats. Inviting someone takes a seat as soon as the invitation is sent, and removing them releases it.

New workspaces receive a 14-day trial. After it ends, sending and syncing stop until a plan is activated. Plans are billed monthly in advance and activated once payment clears.

Our fees cover the Service only. WhatsApp conversation charges and advertising spend are billed to you by Meta against the payment method on your own Meta Business account. We never collect, hold or resell those amounts, and any cost figure shown here is an estimate — Meta’s invoice is what you owe.

You must not use the Service to:

• Message people who have not agreed to hear from you, or who have asked you to stop.
• Send anything unlawful, misleading, or in breach of Meta’s policies.
• Upload contact lists you have no right to use.
• Attempt to reach another workspace’s data.

Every workspace sends through shared platform infrastructure. Behaviour that damages the reputation of that infrastructure harms every other customer, so we may suspend a workspace immediately where we see it. Suspension stops sending; it does not delete your data, and we will tell you why.

You keep ownership of your contacts, conversations and campaign data. We process them only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete them at any time.

We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Delivery of messages and the approval of templates depend on Meta, and are outside our control.

You may stop using the Service at any time; your plan runs until the end of the period you have paid for. We may end this agreement if these terms are breached, giving notice and a chance to put things right except where the breach is serious.

The Service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period, and we are not liable for lost profits or lost business.
